So pleased that my mixed media drawing Head of Music 2 sold to a gentleman in East Sussex.
Great to see it hanging hanging in the hallway of its new home.

I was thrilled that my painting Supernova was a runner-up in the Art-of-Fusion competition at the Culham Centre for Fusion Energy.
The judge said the following “I can really relate to this. I see energy through the way in which the colours have been used. I think the small flecks of paint also symbolise or represent an explosion, or reaction.
The circular shape of the painting also implies an orbital mass of something that is about to happen, it appears almost 3D, at which point it really becomes tangible to me.
It occurred to me whilst looking at this, that it is somehow timeless? It could be a recording of an event from hundreds of years ago, which also relates to the subject.
I think it is really clever and beautiful.”

I was happy to see my oil painting Penzance Dry Dock off to its new home in Falmouth, Cornwall.

My drawing of Jupiter on aluminium panel has been safely framed and sent off to its new home in Bristol.
